Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If the bike is in stock we will immediately email you with confirmation.

If we have to order from our suppliers it may take between 1 and 2 weeks to get the bike in stock. We will inform you when we order, when the order is shipped and when it arrives by emailing you at each stage.

Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery within 10 Miles, once were read to ship we will contact you to arrange a convent time to drop off the bike, you can expect to receive it within a week of us having it in stock, however we can hold onto the bike for longer if its convenient.

Courier Delivery

We are open to arranging shipping on a case by case basis however due to the weight and size of our bikes it can be difficult to find a courier that will take them at a reasonable price.

In store pick up

Once we have your bike in stock you can pick it up any time were open. Make sure to bring a proof of purchase such as a order confirmation email so we can verify the bike was ordered by you.

Items damaged in transit

All our bikes are given a full service before being shipping or collection, if they arrive damaged or defective in any way please contact us immediately so we can refund or repair them as necessary.
