At WhizzBikes, we are committed to bringing the freedom and joy of cycling to everyone, regardless of any physical challenges. Over the years, we have been approached by customers seeking tweaked-up and adapted bikes and trikes, and we have been delighted to meet their needs.

In fact, as a consequence of this interest we have introduced two lines of adaptable manual and electric trikes to our range. Most popular are the ICE Trikes range, their recumbent trikes offer superior stability and flexibility for any cycling lifestyle. We also stock Mission Cycles who offer adaptive accessories for their trikes in a range of sizes for young and old.

At Help for Heroes (H4H), they believe every member of the Armed Forces community deserves the chance to live well after service. Transitioning to civilian life can be tough, so they provide tailored support for physical and mental health, welfare, and social needs — for veterans and their families. They also help civilians who served under UK Command, for example Afghan interpreters. Since 2007, Help for Heroes has supported over 25,000 people to live well after service.

There are several strands to the support H4H offer: Physical healthcare support, mental health counselling, financial grants, sport and social activities, welfare support, recovery college and Support for families.

Whizz Bikes are proud to support H4H and be a champion for the positive impacts bicycles have in peoples lives, especially veterans.. The bikes we provide help in several of the categories detailed above.
