What is the Cyclescheme?
Cyclescheme is an employee benefit that can save you 26-40% off your next bike. you pay nothing up front and the payments are taken directly from your gross salary by your employer.
You can choose any of our e-bikes and pair it with accessories like locks and helmets to create the perfect cycling package. With many employers choosing not to limit the certificate value so your free to chose any bike we offer.
How to order?
Once you've got your Certificate from your employer and you know what ebike you want, email us the details or bring your certificate to our shop where we will redeem it and place a order for the bike you want. Please not that it will take roughly 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive and be assembled.
Can I get discounted bikes?
We cannot offer the cycle scheme for bicycles that are heavily discounted. However, we might still be able to provide a lower discount, so please get in touch.
How much can I save?

What is Cyclescheme?
.Cycle scheme is a way to pay for your new bikes via a salary sacrifice. The payments are taken directly from your gross salary, which means you don't pay tax, national insurance or interest fees. This is how you get such high savings in comparison to other methods.
How does Cyclescheme work?
Purchasing through Cycllescheme allows you to save between 26% and 40%, offering you a tax efficient way to buy your next bike. Once you've checked your employer is signed up to the Cyclescheme, you can go ahead and ask us for a quote or place an order if you've already got a Certificate. The best way to get an idea of how much you save is to use the savings calculator in the section above
How much can I spend?
Most employers choose not to limit the order value with Cyclescheme. This means you can browse our entire range of e-bikes and add complementary accessories. Please check with your employer has set a limit before applying on your Certificate and adding funds is not possible.
Can I add my own funds to the transaction?
You cannot add your own funds to the transaction. This is determined by guidance from the Department of Transport who have clarified that the entire order value must be on your Certificate and adding funds is not possible, however most employers don't set an upper limit on the Certificates value.

How long does it take for my certificate to be approved?
Once you have applied for your certificate the process typically takes between 3-14 days depending on how quickly your employer processes your application. If you have an application in place, you can check the status of your application in place, you can check the status via your Cyclescheme login
How often can I apply for a Cyclescheme Certificate?
The standard period for a Cyclescheme Certificate is 12 months. Some employers do offer 6, 18 and 24 month schemes. You will ultimately need to check with your employer.
